ORDERING POLICIES
For your convenience, Bariatricliving.net offers the following easy ordering options:

1. You can place your order directly on the World Wide Web via our Super-Fast, Easy, and Secure Shopping Cart System. Simply click on the "Buy" Button next to the product you select, your mini shopping cart will be automatically updated with the item you selected and the sales total. You can continue to shop at your convenience or proceed directly to checkout at any time simply by clicking the "checkout" button at the bottom of the mini cart. You can also adjust, add to, subtract from, or delete your order at any time in the full cart view page. Our Shopping Cart system uses double-layered encryption technology to insure that online ordering is completely secure and private. Online orders are immediately processed and shipped.
2. You can order by calling us at 1-978-400-5024. Our sales and customer service representatives are standing by to process your order and answer any questions you might have. From outside of the US, you can reach us at (978)-400-5024 or send an email to orders@bariatricliving.net
3. You can email your order and payment information to orders@bariatricliving.net
4. You can mail your completed order form along with payment by credit card, check or money order (US Funds only please) to:

Money Orders Drawn in US Funds:
Money Orders are immediately processed and shipped without delay.
Checks drawn in US Funds:
In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment--allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
C.O.D. Orders:
C.O.D. orders will be accepted where payment is made with a money order. There is an additional $6 fee for COD orders.

SHIPPING POLICIES--VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS

• Domestic orders are shipped by UPS 3-day Select or Ground based on destination. We ship from warehouses on both the East Coast and the West Coast, so most customers will receive their order within 3 days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses so if you require shipment to a PO Box or military APO or FPO address, your order will be sent via US Priority mail at a flat shipping/handling fee of $6.95.
• Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied. Every possible effort is made to ship orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time the same day.
• For overnight, 2-day, or other shipping methods, please call or e-mail us for exact shipping charges.
• Shipments via UPS 3-day Select or Ground are charged a flat shipping/handling fee of $6.95 for shipments within the continental United States.
• For destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Most packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
